Investment of 14 million USD required
for Eastok Avia Expansion
Eastok Avia is a free zone entity specializing in passenger aircraft leasing. Established in 2006 Eastok Avia has two independent airlines, one in Kyrgyzstan (operating under EX registration) and one in Tajikistan (operating under EY registration).
Located in the Sharjah Airport Free Zone’s new cluster Eastok Avia has one of the biggest and most modern offices in SAIF Zone yet. Employing more than 100 full time personnel, our office has all the airline needs. From the massive GCAA compliant parts warehouse to cabin crew training department.
Our company has entered the industry with just one 737-200 in 2006, and now we have expanded into the following fleet:
Boeing 737-200 5 aircraft
Boeing 737-300 2 aircraft
Boeing 737-400 2 aircraft
Airbus A320-200 1 aircraft
ATR-42-320 1 aircraft
Hawker 700XP 1 aircraft
We now want to purchase two more Airbus A320-200s from Bavaria International Aircraft Leasing. The price for each aircraft is 7 million USD. Both aircraft are 1991 YOM and have CFM56-5A1 engines. We already have routes where our A320 and B737-300 operate. That is from Bishkek and Dushanbe to Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk and Istanbul. The route is very heavily loaded and our current two aircraft is not enough. This is why we plan to incorporate two new A320s into this route.
The above mentioned routes are regular flights, not charters. The average flight time for each aircraft is 250 flight hours per month, with the ratio of 1:4 of flight cycle to flight time.
In order for us to finalize the deal on this purchase we need a finance of 14 million USD. The investor ready to finance us will be the sole and legal owner of the aircraft and Eastok Avia FZE will be leasing the aircraft from him. This is a very good investment as we will be paying monthly installments with high annual interest rates. This way the investor will return the invested amount in three years while still being the owner of the aircraft and still earning interest. This is a risk free investment and the lease contract signed will be for five years.
